Refund policy

Should you wish to return your item please contact us first within 14 days of your order arriving.  The products must then arrive back with us within the following 14 days. Returns must be unworn and in the same condition in which they arrived - in a suitable condition to sell again. Returns postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

We will then process your refund within a week of receipt - although the payment clearing may take up to 5 working days depending on your bank or payment method.

We strive to provide good quality products and carry out regular quality checks. However should any items be faulty within 28 days of purchase please get in touch as soon as possible for us to investigate further. We want happy customers and will endeavour to rectify any problems. 

Please note that neck tubes and lucky dips are non-returnable
