Standard waist come in 2 sizes - 8-14 and 14-20. They truly fit this size range so give them a go - they're like magic!

The yoga waist leggings are slightly more generous and come in 3 sizes. 8-14, 16-20 and 20-26.

The children's at present come in the same designs as the yoga leggings and are age 4-6 and 7-11. They are very generous so if in doubt size down.
